How to cook
Cut the watermelon and blend it with a blender. Strain it through a sieve.
Add lemon juice, stir and leave it in the refrigerator.
Whip the cream with a mixer. Just before it is ready, add the condensed milk, vanilla, yogurt and watermelon juice.
Turn it off and transfer the mixture into a plastic bowl with a lid. Put it in the freezer. After half an hour, remove the ice cream, stir it and place it back in the freezer.
Do this procedure several times. Then let the fruit ice cream set overnight.
Take it out and serve the homemade watermelon ice cream in a suitable bowl.
