How to cook
Peel the melon and remove its seeds and blend it.
Boil the milk with the sugar and while the mixture is still hot, add the melon puree and stir the mixture. Shortly after boiling the mixture, remove it from the heat. Flavor it with vanilla and beat it along with the cream.
Leave the mixture in a cold water bath and once it cools, put it in an ice cream machine. Stir it until it thickens and transfer it into a suitable container with a lid.
Put the melon ice cream in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours.
