Tenderize the steaks well. Brush them well with olive oil and season them with all the spices. Allow them to stand for 2 hours in a closed container. Preheat the grill and rub the surface with 1/2 onion head.
Put the meat to cook and do not flip it over before it catches a nice crust. Do not grill too long, so it doesn't become too dry.
Place the grilled steaks in a glass cook pot with a lid for a bit. Serve with grilled vegetables.
