How to make
Soak the washed pine tips in the water. Boil until half the water is left.
Strain and put in 2 lb (1 kg) of sugar for each 4 1/5 cups (1 liter) of fluid, and boil until thick.
Add the citric acid, for every 2 lb (1 kg) sugar – put 1 tsp (5 g). Pour it into jars, close well and keep them in a cool area.
