Panna Cotta with Yoghurt
- milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
- sugar - 6 tablespoons, or 8 - 10 tablespoons of honey
- yoghurt - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
- gelatin - 2 packs
- jam - from wild berries
In a bowl, beat the yoghurt well and pour the milk mixture to it in a thin trickle, constantly whipping. Distribute the cream into dessert bowls and put them to cool in the refrigerator.
Serve the Panna Cotta on a plate and then garnish it with wild berries.
