Ingredients

  • milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • sugar - 6 tablespoons, or 8 - 10 tablespoons of honey
  • yoghurt - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • gelatin - 2 packs
  • jam - from wild berries

Preparation

Soak the gelatin in water in advance. Heat the milk with the sugar or honey until they melt, but it must not boil and get too hot. Add the dissolved gelatin and stir.

In a bowl, beat the yoghurt well and pour the milk mixture to it in a thin trickle, constantly whipping. Distribute the cream into dessert bowls and put them to cool in the refrigerator.

Serve the Panna Cotta on a plate and then garnish it with wild berries.find similar recipes here
