How to cook
Put the saffron in 1 tbsp. of warm water and beat it along with the yolks.
Season with garlic, salt and black pepper. Put the fish in a suitable container and pour the mixture over it.
Leave it to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the fish.
Take it out and place it onto kitchen paper, so it can absorb the fat and serve it with lemon slices and a salad of your choice
