How to cook
Soak the chickpeas overnight. The next day, boil them in a pressure cooker for one hour.
The spinach is cleaned and washed. Pour all of the products into a food processor or blender and grind them into a smooth mixture.
Note: If the hummus is very thick and this makes it difficult for the food processor, add a small amount of water, in which you have boiled the chickpeas or a larger amount of olive oil.
