How to cook
Boil the potatoes in salted water.
The mayonnaise and yogurt are mixed and stired until you have a smooth mixture.
The eggs are boiled.
In a salad bowl, grate some potatoes, then grate the white cheese, then pour the mayonnaise sauce over them. Grate potatoes once again, add yellow cheese on top and then pour the mayonnaise sauce. Add more potatoes on top and finish the salad off with grated boiled eggs.
The salad is decorated with fresh parsley and cherry tomatoes, but this is not mandatory.
