How to cook
In a thick-bottomed pan, place the olive oil and finely chopped garlic. Heat it once the garlic starts to release its flavor, add the chopped sping onions and the seafood mix that you have left to defrost in the fridge.
Add a little salt and cook them for 3-4 minutes. Pour the white wine and stew the food briefly.
Before removing it from the heat, season it with as much freshly squeezed lemon juice as you like and sprinkle it with finely chopped basil.
Serve immediately with a glass of chilled white wine.
