Chop the onion finely and fry it with the minced meat. When the mincemeat becomes "sandy", add tomato juice. Sprinkle it with salt, sugar, savory, cumin, black pepper, cayenne pepper (optional) and chopped leaves of fresh basil.
Simmer the mixture for about 10-15 minutes, then add the diced sausages, pickles and olives to it. Mix and leave it to simmer for about 10 minutes. Boil the spaghetti in salted water. Drain and separate it into portions.
