Ingredients

  • pork - 7 oz (200 g) fillet
  • flour - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • salt

Preparation

Tenderize the pork fillet and make furrows with a sharp knife gently, without cutting it.

Roll it in flour and fry it in a little oil. Serve with mushroom sauce and a garnish of fried or boiled potatoes.
