How to cook
Wash the meat well and boil it in salted water.
Then grind it into minced meat and put it in a deep bowl. Add the lightly squeezed bread, eggs and spices to it.
Mix very well and form ball shaped and also place a piece of yellow cheese in each one.
Roll the balls in the egg, flour, breadcrumbs and then fry them in butter until they acquire a golden color.
