How to cook
Wash the apples and cut off their tops. Carve them out carefully. Sprinkle them with brown sugar.
Soak the raisins in cognac until they soften.
Put the raisins, butter, orange juice, honey and walnuts in the apples. Sprinkle them with cinnamon and but their tops back on that you cut off earlier.
Put the apples in a bakng pan lined with parchment paper, then place the baking pan in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees).
Bake until the apples soften and aquire a brownish color.
