How to cook
The zucchini, carrots and onions are cut into small cubes and fried in hot fat.
The rice is washed and added to them. Fry it lightly until it's slightly translucent. Pour everything into a baking pan and add 3 cups of water with the broth dissolved in them.
Stir and bake the rice with the zucchini in a 428°F (220 degree) preheated oven. With lightly greased hands, form small rice balls.
Serve them with an yogurt sauce or yogurt. It's up to you.
