How to cook
Cut the pork into pieces, roll it in flour and fry it in preheated oil. Add the chopped onions and fry, then add the tomato paste. Leave it to stew for 5 minutes and sprinkle on the paprika, salt and top up with hot water.
Add all the other spices and leave it to stew until the pork softens. Then add the roundly sliced peppers.
Stew it for 8 minutes and sprinkle it with chopped parsley. Serve the pork goulash with a garnish of your choice.
