How to cook
Beat the eggs and cut the pineapple into small pieces.
Add the cottage cheese to the beaten eggs and mix everything well.
Then add the protein and flour along with the baking powder and then the other products.
Mix everything well until a smooth muffin mixture is obtained.
Distribute the resulting mixture in a muffin tray and bake the protein muffins in a preheated 390°F (200 degree) oven until they aquire a light brown color.
