How to cook
Beat the egg yolks with the beer. Add the flour and the beaten egg whites.
Add the finely chopped meat and grated yellow cheese to the mixture. Mix everything well and season with salt and black pepper.
Fry the chicken meatballs, by taking a spooful of the mixture and placing it in hot fat.
Take them out and place them onto kitchen paper, so that it can absorb the excess fat.
Serve them with a salad according to the season and with a garlic sauce.
