Ingredients

  • tongue - 1 kg
  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • flour
  • beer - 1 cup
  • salt
  • oil

How to cook

Put the tongue in salted water to boil. You can use beef or pork, whatever you like.

Once it has boiled, strain it from the water and peel it. Cut it into circles. In a bowl, beat the eggs.

Grab a piece and dip it in the beer, then flour and then in the egg and fry in hot oil.

If desired, black pepper can be added. Serve the breaded tongue with a garlic sauce, but that is optional.
