How to cook
For the marinade: In a large bowl, mix the finely chopped garlic, wine, soy sauce, salt, black pepper and oil. Everything needs to be mixed well.
The duck hearts are cut in half and washed. Dry them and pour them in the marinade. Marinate them for 1 hour.
Cut the onion into large pieces and pour it into a pre-greased baking pan.
Add the hearts on top. The rest of the marinade is poured on them.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 356°F (180 degrees) for 45 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle them with finely chopped parsley.
