How to cook
Wash, season the pork ribs with salt and black pepper. Seal them briefly in a pan with a little olive oil. Take them out and place in a baking pan.
Add honey, wine, garlic, oregano and paprika in a blender. Blend them well.
Grease the ribs well, using a silicone brush. Pour a little water and white wine into the baking pan.
Covered with aluminum foil, bake them for 1.5 hours.
Remove the foil from the cooked ribs and place them back in the oven until they're nicely browned.
