How to cook
Preheat the oven to 392°F (200 degrees). Lightly grease a baking tray. Sprinkle the work area with half of the sugar and then place the rolled out puff pastry on top.
Sprinkle it with the remaining sugar. Roll up the dough and put it in the freezer for 2 minutes.
Take it out and cut into biscuits. Arrange them in a greased baking tray and bake them for 20 minutes or until they acquire a nice golden brown color.
