Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 1 cup (or less)
  • rice flour - 1.5 cups
  • vanilla - 2 packets

How to cook

Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns completely white, then gradually add the flour and vanilla. You should get a dough with the consistency of a cake batter.

Spoonful by spoonful pour the mixture on baking paper at a distance.

Refrigerate them for 1-2 hours, then bake the biscuits in a preheated 338°F (170 degree) oven until they're fully baked.

The baking time is about 15 minutes.
