How to make
In a bowl, pour the flour and salt and add the water and olive oil. Knead the dough (it very easily and quickly gathers into a ball and does not stick because of the olive oil).
Wrap the dough in foil and leave it for 20 minutes at room temperature. During this time, let the oven preheat to 338°F (170°C).
Once the dough rises, roll it out with a rolling pin onto baking paper and grease it with olive oil and water using a brush.
Sprinkle it with sesame and poppy seeds on top. Using a pizza knife, cut the dough into the desired shapes and sizes (you can also use cookie cutters) and bake the crackers in a tray lined with baking paper for about 10-12 minutes.
