How to cook
Whisk the salt and yoghurt in a deep bowl. Crumble the feta cheese in a blender, add the cottage cheese, oil and yoghurt. Blend until homogeneous.
Combine the feta cheese blend with the dairy mixture in parts and stir vigorously with a whisk.
Whip until you get a smooth mixture. It is then placed in the refrigerator for half an hour. Serve the dairy delicacy with slices of cucumber.
