How to cook
Soak the chicken wings or legs in beer for 20 minutes. Then drain them. Heat the oil and butter and fry the crushed onion and leeks, then add the mushrooms. Once they are braised, add the washed and drained rice.
Keep stirring until each grain is soaked in oil and remove from the heat. Transfer to a tray and mix with turmeric, salt, pepper. Arrange the wings or legs in the rice. Add 4 1/2 cups warm water.
Put the chicken legs / wings with rice and mushrooms to bake at 365°F (185 °C) in the oven until the liquid is absorbed by the rice.
