How to cook
The sunflower seeds are soaked in water for about 2 hours.
The water is then poured out. Add the fresh basil and parsley. Blend briefly.
Add the garlic cloves, olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
The green pate puree needs to be blended until a smooth mixture is obtained and if necessary and optionally you can add a little olive oil.
This pate can also be prepared with/or other seeds.
The sunflower seeds pate is ready.
