Ingredients

  • boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
  • yogurt - 1.7 lb (800 g)
  • walnuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • pickles - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • black olives - 6 - 7 pcs.
  • garlic - 6 - 7 cloves
  • salt

How to cook

Beat the yoghurt, crushed garlic, walnuts and yolks well. Gradually add the oil and the pickles at the end.

The products are seasoned with as much salt as you desire.

The prepared pate can be garnished with olives and fresh spices.

It is most delicious when it has been left in the refrigerator for several hours.
