How to cook
Peel, wash and slice the potatoes into circles or as you prefer. Heat the oil with 1 tbsp. of lard over medium heat.
Take out the potatoes and place them into a saucepan and sprinkle them with dill and salt and place on the lid to stew them. This is repeated until you run out of potatoes. When the fat decreases, add 1 tbsp. of lard.
Serve the fried potatoes while they're still warm.
