How to cook
Peel the potatoes and boil them. Strain and mash them.
Season them with salt, black pepper and crushed garlic, stir them and add the eggs.
Heat half of the butter in a pan and add the potatoes in it and press them well to the bottom of the pan.
Fry the omelette for 10 minutes on medium heat and turn it over to fry it on the other side, but place the rest of the butter at the bottom of the pan.
Cook it for another 10 minutes and serve it with a garnish of your choice.
