Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • vienna sausages - 12.5 oz (350 g), baby sausages
  • beer - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • curry - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch

Preparation

Wash, peel and cut the potatoes. Clean the baby Vienna sausages of their skins and mix them with the potatoes in an oven dish. Add a trickle of olive or vegetable oil and sprinkle with all the seasonings.

Stir well, top with beer and 2/5 cup (100 ml) of warm water. Put to bake in a heated 356°F (180 °C) oven until the potatoes are cooked.

Serve the baked potatoes with Vienna sausages with a little fresh chopped parsley or dill.find similar recipes here
