How to cook
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes. Clean the baby Vienna sausages of their skins and mix them with the potatoes in an oven dish. Add a trickle of olive or vegetable oil and sprinkle with all the seasonings.
Stir well, top with beer and 2/5 cup (100 ml) of warm water. Put to bake in a heated 356°F (180 °C) oven until the potatoes are cooked.
