How to cook
Beat the soft fresh butter thoroughly and successively add the whole egg and egg yolk, sugar, salt, ammonium bicarbonate dissolved in the slightly warmed milk and finally - flour. Knead until you get a homogeneous, medium hard dough which can be rolled out.
From it, form 2-3 identical balls. Roll out each ball to about a 1/4 (5 mm) thick and cut out strips. Arrange them on a tray with baking paper, smear them with the egg that you've beaten with a little water and oil and sprinkle it with a little caraway.
Optionally, you can wind the strips into spirals, smear them and sprinkle them with the caraway. Bake the delicious pretzels with caraway to a nice tan.
