How to cook
The flour is sifted and a well is formed in the middle. Add sugar, salt, yeast and olive oil.
Add the water gradually and knead a smooth dough. Divide it into 16 balls and leave them to rise.
The balls are rolled out into the size of the pan in which they will be baked.
Bake them in a non greased heated pan. Stack them on top of each other and cover them with a towel.
