How to cook
For this vanilla cream you need 5 cups (1 liter) of milk.
Boil 4 cups of milk with the sugar.
In the leftover 1 cups, beat 5 tbsp. of flour and add 5 beaten eggs.
Pour the mixture in a thin stream into the boiling milk, while stirring constantly at the same time.
As the cream thickens, add a lump of butter and vanilla.
My homemade vanilla cream is very tasty!
