Take 1 grilled chicken and stick it upright onto a beer bottle. Carefully drill a hole in the bottom of 1 egg and let the white and yolk run out. Using a toothpick, stick the egg on top of the chicken, like a head. Draw a face with a mustache.
Place the beer bottle with the chicken on a platter and arrange the chopped cabbage or lettuce leaves around it, along with flowers cut from the carrots, tomatoes, olives and lemons. Make decorations from vegetables, fruits and nuts as you desire.
Coat the chicken with a mixture of strained yoghurt and cream cheese. Allocate a bit for decoration at the end. From the roasted red peppers, shape a vest for the chicken. Put a line of green roasted pepper in the middle, to act as a belt. You can stick 1 small, thin chili pepper in it to resemble a gun.
Dress the legs of chicken in peppers to make the pants. Fill an icing piping syringe or pastry bag with the yoghurt mixture and make ornaments on the clothes, such as buttons, swirls, etc., to make them resemble the patterns of a traditional Bulgarian costume.
Cover the semi-finished chicken with 1 pancake, so that it looks like it's wearing a cloak. In its hand, you can put a twig with some kind of decorations. Stick the grapes carefully onto a thread and make a necklace for the best man’s chicken. From the pepper or tomato, make a cap for the chicken and put it on its head.
