How to cook
Knead the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, tomato paste and spices. Add one head of chopped onion and the vegetables that you have previously scalded in boiling water.
Form meatballs and bake them on the grill. Cut the onion coarsely and place it on the bottom of the container in which you have already placed the baked meatballs. It is best to have a cover on it, too.
Garnish as you wish and according to the season.
