How to cook
Beat the eggs, milk, flour, butter, salt and 1 teaspoon sugar until you get a thick and smooth mixture. Bake the pancakes in a heated pan. Mix the strawberry jam with the remaining 2 teaspoons sugar and melt it in a water bath.
It can also be melted in a microwave at full power for less than a minute. Cut the fresh strawberries into slices and add them to the jam.
Coat the finished pancakes with a layer of jam and roll them up. Optionally, decorate them with cream or strawberries.
