Cut the pangasius fillet coarsely and season with a bit of every spice. For the tomato sauce, fry the onion and crushed garlic and add canned tomatoes. Simmer until they are dissolved well, you can optionally add 1 bay leaf.
Preheat a little oil and fry the pangasius pieces that you've rolled in a little flour or breadcrumbs. When ready, put them in the oven dish and add the seasoned tomato sauce with spices.
Bake the dish until ready in a preheated 374°F (190 °C) oven. Serve slightly cooled with fresh sliced tomato for decoration.
