Smear the chicken with curry and a little salt and leave it to stand for half an hour with soya sauce. Chop, clean and fry the onion in preheated oil, then add the mushrooms. When they soften, add the washed rice. Fry for a minute or two, then transfer it to a tray.
The rice is seasoned with salt, black pepper, chicken broth. Pour 5 cups of water over them. Then add the chicken, distribute evenly in the tray and put to bake in a moderate oven until ready.
