How to cook
Pour the soy milk into a deep enough saucepan and place it on a moderately heated stove. Once it boils, add the vinegar and start stirring lightly.
The vinegar is added to lump up the milk and create a mixture with the consistency of cottage cheese.
Transfer the resulting cottage cheese into a cheesecloth and hang in a suitable place to strain it well.
Once it is strained, transfer it into a bowl. Add spices, olive oil and stir. At the end you get a fine dip, which is very tasty.
The lean homemade cream cheese is ready.
