How to cook
Cut the boneless chicken into pieces and the peeled potatoes into cubes. Put the chicken to be fried in oil with the thinly sliced onions. Add salt, sprinkle it with paprika and add 4-5 peeled and grated tomatoes. Top it up with a cup of hot water and add the potatoes.
Stew over medium heat and when it bubbles for a bit, add the peppercorns and 1-2 chili peppers if desired. Top up if necessary with a little hot water. Let it simmer and if necessary, top it up with hot water again.
When the potatoes and meat are completely softened, dissolve the flour in a little water and add it to the potato stew with the chicken. Simmer a few more minutes and remove it from the heat.
Serve the dish with finely diced parsley.
