Soak the chickpeas in warm water for 1 night. The next day, rinse and boil them in plenty of water. Drain, optionally peel them and puree.
Add the sesame oil, season it with lemon juice and salt. Stir well and add a little of the broth from the chickpeas, if it's too thick.
Distribute the hummus in bowls and add the olive oil, sprinkle it with a little paprika and serve it.
