How to cook
Boil the water with the 14 oz (400 g) of regular sugar and once you remove it from the heat, dissolve the gelatin inside, which you have pre-soaked in water.
Add the lumps of sugar, which you have rubbed nicely in the orange peels and the squeezed orange and lemon juice.
Strain the mixture and distribute it with water-soaked molds or 1 large mold.
Add pieces of tangerines and let the jelly set for a few hours.
When serving, turn the orange jelly onto a plate and garnish it with whipped cream if you like.
