How to cook
Wash the potatoes well and boil them. Peel the cooked potatoes while they are still warm. When they cool down, cut them into large cubes or slices.
Peel an onion and finely chop it. Stew it in the fat until it aquires a golden color. Once it is fried, remove it from the heat and add the sliced potatoes. Add as much salt as you like and sprinkle them generously with finely chopped fresh parsley.
