How to cook
Beat one egg along with the lard. Stir the mixture well to break up the lumps of the lard. Gradually add the yogurt and beat until you have a smooth mixture. Start adding the flour and kneading it. Shape it into a ball.
For the filling of the croissants, mix the cottage cheese with two eggs. Add the white cheese.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each ball into a 0.2″ (0.5 cm) thick sheet. Divide it into equal triangles.
Place a spoonful of the filling in the wider part and roll it up to the top.
Using a brush, spread the croissants with the egg yolk and sprinkle them with poppy seeds.
Bake the savory croissants at 356°F (180°C) until they're fully baked.
