Cut the panettone into equally sized, but not too thick slices. In a suitable form, make a layer from the slices of panettone and smear them with the orange jam that you've diluted in a little water. Melt the butter, sugar, water, crushed chocolate, cocoa and cinnamon cream while stirring, in a water bath on the stove.
Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Separately, beat the egg yolks with a whisk while stirring continuously and add them to the chocolate mixture. Stir briefly with a whisk again and remove them from the heat. Allow them to cool completely.
Distribute some of the cream on the panettone layer, arrange another layer of panettone and brush them with the diluted jam again.
Finally coat the entire cake with chocolate cream nice and thoroughly. Let the chocolate cake with panettone sit in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
