Ingredients

  • herring - 7 oz (200 g) smoked
  • anchovies - 10 - 12 pieces
  • tuna - 7 oz (200 g) canned
  • lettuce - 1 large
  • tomatoes - 1
  • onions - 1 head
  • black olives - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)

How to cook

Clean the lettuce with water and drain it.

Shred it to pieces in a large bowl. Add the chopped tomatoes and onions (in crescents).

Combine this with the anchovies, tuna, smoked herring and chopped black olives. Top the salad with romesco sauce and serve it.
