How to cook
Fry the onions, hot peppers and carrots.
Add the minced meat, the two finely chopped tomatoes, black pepper and salt. Stew until the minced meat is ready and remove it from the heat.
Add the finely chopped parsley. The eggplants are peeled and cut into circles and are lightly fried.
Arrange the eggplants on the bottom of a greased baking pan, pour the fried minced meat, chopped peppers and tomatoes (cut into cubes or circles) on top.
Pour white wine over the moussaka, cover it with foil and bake it in a preheated 390°F (200 degree) oven for about 50 minutes.
