How to cook
Fry the meat in two tablespoons of oil, remove it from the pan and fry the rice in the same fat.
Add the meat, water, broth, black pepper, garlic and parsley.
Add two tablespoons of oil and as soon as the dish boils, reduce it to low heat for about 15 minutes and cover the pan with a lid, turn off the stove and leave the dish covered for another 5 minutes.
Serve the rice dish warm.
