How to cook
The pork is cut into pieces and boiled in a little water, then fried in a little fat until it aquires a golden color.
The onion is finely chopped, the carrots are grated and stewed in a little fat.
Add the tomatoes, the cleaned rice, pork and spices. Water is also added. (the water is in a ratio of 1:4).
