How to cook
The rice is boiled in salted water. Once it has cooled, add 1 egg and the cheese to the rice.
Fry the finely chopped onion, add the minced meat and tomato puree. Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
Add the peas to the resulting sauce. Scoop 1 tablespoon of rice and spread it on your hand, put in the center of it a little of the sauce and diced yellow cheese.
Shape it into a ball and make a breading with the egg and breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot oil until they're done.
Place them onto kitchen paper, so that it can absort the excess fat.
